Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have over 4+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to implement, configure, and customize Odoo to meet the specific needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and requirements to design, configure, and implement Odoo solutions (v12 and above).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand client requirements and translate them into effective Odoo configurations.
- Provide expert advice on the Odoo functional modules such as Manufacturing, Inventory, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, Purchase etc.
- Configure Odoo modules and develop detailed documentation for configurations and customizations.
- Conduct system testing, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to Odoo.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and improving system functionality as needed.
- Train end-users and offer solutions to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Odoo platform.
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high quality and standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Odoo functional consultancy, with a solid understanding of various business processes.
- Strong experience in Odoo configuration, implementation, and customization.
- Expertise in at least two or more functional modules of Odoo such as Manufacturing, Inventory, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, Purchase etc.
- Good knowledge of Odoo Studio, automated actions, reports, and dashboards.
- Experience in leading or working on end-to-end Odoo implementation projects.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of Odoo integrations with third-party applications is a plus.
- A strong problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach.
