Job Overview:

We are seeking an ERP Sales Specialist with 2+ years of experience to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems and sales strategies, with experience in engaging prospects, identifying business needs, and promoting ERP solutions. Prior experience with Odoo is a plus, as the role will involve presenting and selling ERP solutions to clients, understanding their unique business requirements, and aligning them with the right ERP features and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers for ERP solutions through market research, lead generation, and networking.
  • Present and demonstrate ERP software to clients, highlighting its features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Understand client requirements and business processes to propose tailored ERP solutions, focusing on the best fit for the client.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Create and deliver effective sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate product demonstrations and customized proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure a smooth handover to the implementation team post-sale.
  • Stay up to date on ERP market trends, new products, and features, especially in relation to Odoo.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records, tracking leads and opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide post-sales support and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in ERP or software sales.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP solutions and how they help businesses streamline their processes.
  • Prior experience with Odoo ERP is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of sales achievements and meeting targets.
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into ERP requirements.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative sales approach.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
